Your Use of the Site

You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personally identifiable information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.
TrueBridge takes your privacy seriously and is committed to safeguarding your privacy pursuant to this policy. The policy is designed to inform you about TrueBridge’s practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any personal information on the Sites. We may collect and store any personal information that you provide to us, as well as information that we automatically receive from your browser or device. In addition, we may share information to third parties on a non-personal or aggregated basis as set forth below.
Information We Collect
When you use the Site, you may choose to send certain information to TrueBridge such as your name, title, organization and email address. How We Use And Share Information
TrueBridge may use your personal or technical information to provide you with a more effective, customized set of services. Provision of these services may involve the disclosure of your information to affiliates or related companies on the condition that they agree to treat your information in a manner substantially in accordance with these Terms. Except in the instances discussed herein, TrueBridge will not sell, rent or disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent.
We may use the information provided to us to communicate with you, unless you inform us that you do not want to receive communications from us. If you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate your preference by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email message. By submitting or providing your personal information, you agree that TrueBridge may share your personal information as disclosed in the limited circumstances described below. By providing any personal information to the Site, all users, including without limitation users in the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in the United States. Please note that TrueBridge may share customer information across its affiliated business entities and companies working on TrueBridge’s behalf, but only as described in these Terms.
a. Third Party Service Providers and Suppliers
TrueBridge may share your personal information with third parties in connection with its third party service providers and suppliers necessary to maintain the site and perform other services for its customers. Service providers and suppliers are generally (i) required to keep confidential the information they receive on behalf of TrueBridge and (ii) restricted from using such information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for TrueBridge. c. Change of Ownership
Should TrueBridge or any affiliates or related entities merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or should some or all of their respective assets (including their customer information) be acquired, TrueBridge may share your personal information with those business entities in connection with the merger or acquisition.
d. Aggregated Data
TrueBridge may use your information aggregated with that of other users. In these cases, any personally identifiable information will be stripped and the aggregate data will be anonymous. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
TrueBridge is committed to protecting the privacy of young children, and therefore does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. In the event that TrueBridge discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under 13 years of age, without verified parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), TrueBridge will delete such information.
Please note the Site is directed and intended for the use of visitors residing in the United States and Canada. However, the Site may be accessed by visitors residing outside of the United States and Canada with the realization that we make no warranties that the Site is appropriate or available for use in countries outside of the United States and Canada (such as laws relating to default cookie settings). Visitors who choose to access the Site from outside of the United States and Canada do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws and regulations that may apply to such access. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, or its content, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranties that (i) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, (ii) the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful or malicious code; and (iii) any errors on this Site will be promptly corrected.
In no event shall TrueBridge, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, or any third-party involved in the creation and maintenance of the Site, be liable for any damages (including without limitation, direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, or damages resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of your access to, use, or inability to access or use the site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment on account of your access to or use of the Site. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to any use of the Site will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of North Carolina, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
