Kate is a vice president and member of the TrueBridge investment team, focusing on due diligence, industry analysis, and Truebridge’s corporate partnership program.
In addition to her work at TrueBridge, Kate serves on the Finance and Audit Committee for the Board of Directors of the John Rex Endowment. She previously served as an advisor to Atlas Diligence (acq. RCP Advisors), where she helped outsource private market intelligence. She is currently a member of the Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) and the local chapter of 100 Women in Finance.
For five years, Kate worked alongside Mel as an investment associate at UNC Management Company (UNCMC), where she helped manage the firm’s portfolios in private equity, venture capital, real estate, energy and natural resources, and enhanced fixed income. Before joining TrueBridge, Kate worked as a director at Parish Capital Advisors, where she was active in primary fund investing, secondary transactions, and co-investments, and also served on numerous fund advisory boards.
Kate graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As an undergraduate, Kate was a member of the two-time NCAA Championship Women’s Field Hockey Team and completed a business program at the Carolina Business Institute.
